Return Refund and Exchange Policy

We value your trust and request you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.


No Return No Refund No Exchange In The Following Cases

1 Weight Size or Color Issues

If the jewelry feels heavy
If the jewelry looks bigger or smaller than expected
If the selected size is incorrect
If the selected color is incorrect

Orders placed with wrong size or color selection are not eligible for return exchange or refund.

Note
If you have any doubt related to size weight or color please contact us on WhatsApp before placing the order. We can share product videos photos or assist you on call.


2 Color Variations

Minor color differences due to lighting photography or screen resolution are normal and not considered a defect.


3 Adjustable Necklace Ropes and Chains

Necklace ropes or chains provided with products are complimentary.
Any damage to these will not be eligible for replacement refund or exchange.


4 Handmade Jewelry Variations

Slight variations in design polish finishing or stone placement are natural in handmade jewelry.
Stone color or combination may vary slightly in some designs.
These are not considered defects.


5 Meenakari or Hand Painted Products

All meenakari and hand painted jewelry is handcrafted.
Minor differences in color shade tone or paint depth are natural.
Such variations are not eligible for return exchange or refund.


Important Note

Personal preference dissatisfaction sizing issues or suitability concerns will not be accepted for return exchange or refund.


International Orders

International orders are not eligible for return exchange or refund unless mentioned separately on the international orders page.


Damaged Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged wrong or missing item you must follow the steps below.

• Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
• Share order number
• Share clear unboxing video (mandatory)
• Share photos of the product and outer package

Important
Without unboxing video no claim will be accepted.
Claims sent via Instagram or email will not be considered.


Return Shipping Policy

For Damaged or Incorrect Products

Reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
Return shipping charges will be borne by us.

If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available

You need to courier the parcel back at your own cost.
After receiving the parcel we will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹60 only.
Any extra courier charges will not be reimbursed.
Please use a reliable trackable courier service.


Exchange Policy

Only damaged or wrong products are eligible for exchange.
Replacement will be of the same product only.
New product will be dispatched only after the returned item is received.
Product must be unused and in original condition.

If the returned product does not match the claim or is damaged due to misuse
The exchange request will be canceled
No refund or exchange will be provided.


Exchange and Refund in Case of Stock Unavailability

If you receive a damaged or wrong product and the same product is not available in stock for exchange then the following options will apply only after we receive the returned product.

• You may choose to receive a refund of the product amount
OR
• You may select another product of the same value as a replacement

Important Points

• This option is applicable only for damaged or wrong products
• Refund or alternate product will be processed after the returned item is received and verified
• If you choose a higher value product you will need to pay the difference
• If you choose a lower value product no balance amount will be refunded


Store Credit and Refunds

Store credit is not available.
Refunds are not provided for exchange cases.
Only replacement of the same product will be given.


Partial Cash on Delivery Policy

Full Cash on Delivery is not available.

Partial COD Conditions

• Maximum order value for Partial COD is ₹4999
• Partial COD charge is ₹100 per order (excluding shipping)
• ₹200 must be paid upfront at the time of order placement
• Remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery


Partial COD Non Acceptance or Return

If a Partial COD order is refused not accepted or returned for any reason

• ₹200 upfront amount will be adjusted towards
– Forward shipping
– Return shipping
– Packaging charges

• This ₹200 amount is non refundable 


Re Dispatch for Partial COD Orders

If your Partial COD order is returned and you want the parcel to be delivered again

• You must pay ₹150 as re dispatch charges
• Parcel will be dispatched only after payment confirmation
• If re dispatch charges are not paid the order will be canceled


Important Clarification

• If you choose re dispatch the ₹200 amount paid by you at the time of order placement       will be adjusted in your order amount 
• You only need to pay ₹150 re dispatch charges to get the parcel delivered again


Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation is possible only if the order has not been dispatched.
Even in this case applicable charges will be deducted.

Cancellation Charges (If Order Is Not Dispatched)

If cancellation is approved before dispatch the following charges will be deducted from the paid amount

• 3 percent payment gateway charges for forward transaction
• 3 percent payment gateway charges for reverse transaction
• Total 6 percent payment gateway charges will be deducted on the total paid amount

Remaining balance if any will be refunded.


Non Delivery Due To Customer Reasons

If the order is returned due to any of the following reasons

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer not available
• Order refusal at delivery

Then the following charges will apply

• ₹90 return shipping charges
• ₹60 re dispatch charges
• Total ₹150 payable for re dispatch


If Customer Requests Cancellation After Return

If the customer does not want re dispatch and requests cancellation then

The following charges will be deducted from the refund

• 3 percent payment gateway charges for forward transaction
• 3 percent payment gateway charges for reverse transaction
• Forward shipping charges ₹60
• Return shipping charges ₹90
• Total deduction ₹150 plus 6 percent payment gateway charges

Remaining amount after deductions will be refunded.


Exceptions

Orders delayed due to courier issues weather lockdowns or external factors cannot be canceled.


Additional Important Points

• Product images are for reference only
• Orders once placed cannot be modified
• Tampered parcels should not be accepted at delivery
• Company reserves the right to update this policy anytime without prior notice
