Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

We value your trust and aim to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please read the following policies carefully to understand the terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


We Do NOT Accept Returns or Refunds For:

1. Weight or Size Concerns

  • If the jewelry feels too heavy or appears bigger than expected.
  • If the size of the jewelry doesn’t match your expectations.

Note: If you have any doubts regarding the size, you can contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9772743762. We can provide a product video or picture for clarification, or you may connect with us directly through a call for assistance.

2. Color Variations

  • Slight differences in color due to photography and screen settings of your device.

4. Adjustable Necklace Ropes and Chains

  • Ropes provided with necklaces are complimentary. Any damage to these will not qualify for a replacement or refund.

5. Handmade Variations

  • Slight irregularities in design, polish, or finishing are inherent to handmade jewelry and not considered defects.
  • Variations in stone combinations for certain designs are also not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Meenakari or Hand-Painted Products

  • Meenakari or hand-painted jewelry is entirely hand-crafted. The colors are mixed and painted manually, which may lead to slight differences in color tone or depth. These minor variations in painting or color intensity are not considered a defect or wrong product.

7. Wrong Size Orders

  • Orders placed with incorrect size selection are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important: Personal preferences, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction with the suitability of a product will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Damaged Items in Transit

If you receive a damaged item, follow these steps:

  1. WhatsApp us at +91 9772743762 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Unboxing Video (mandatory for claims)
    • Photographs of the product and package.
  3. Important: We will not accept claims made via Instagram messages or email for transit damage.
  4. Note: Without an unboxing video, we will not accept any claims for incorrect or damaged products for exchange or return.

Shipping Back

For Damaged or Incorrect Products:

  • We will arrange the return shipping, and the shipping charges will be fully borne by us.

For Locations without Return Pickup Services:

  • You will need to send the parcel back to us at your own cost. Once the item is received, we will reimburse the shipping cost up to our standard shipping charge.(60)
  • Any additional charges beyond the standard rate will not be covered.
  • We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service to ensure the safe delivery of the parcel.


Exchange Policy

If you ever receive a wrong or damaged product, we will accept it for exchange and provide you with a new replacement of the same product. The new product will be dispatched to you only after we receive the returned product, and it must be in the same original condition as it was sent or received by you.

If the product you return is not the correct one or is not in the condition you stated at the time of the exchange request, your exchange will be canceled. In such cases, you will not be eligible for any exchange or refund.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Ensure the product is shipped back in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Shipping Timeline

  • Dispatch the return within 2 days of receiving confirmation from us.
  • Provide the tracking number via WhatsApp.

Store Credit for Exchanges

  • Note: Store Credit and Refunds will not be provided for exchanges.
  • Only a replacement of the same product you ordered will be provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Maximum Purchase Limit: ₹4999
  • COD Shipping Charges: ₹120 per order

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timing

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After 12 hours, processing begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Payment gateway charges for forward and reverse transactions will be deducted from the refund.

Exceptions

  • Orders delayed due to courier issues or external factors (e.g., weather, pandemics, or lockdowns) cannot be canceled.
