Shipping Policy

At Sarichka Fashion, we aim to provide you with a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Please carefully read through our shipping policy for important details about shipping, returns, and other related terms.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹599 on Prepaid Orders Only/-.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal charge of ₹60 is applicable for orders below ₹599/- on Prepaid Orders Only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Charges

  • COD orders will incur a shipping charge of ₹120/- on all orders.
  • Note: These charges are subject to change, especially for locations where our courier partner's regular service is unavailable. Additional charges may apply, and you will be informed accordingly.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. This will include a link to the delivery partner's tracking page where you can check the shipment status at your convenience.
  • Important: We will only provide tracking details. It is your responsibility to track your parcel and monitor its delivery status.

Non-Delivery or Returned Parcels

  • In case your parcel is returned to us due to issues such as coordination failure with your courier partner or any other reason (e.g., wrong address, refusal to accept the parcel), you will be required to pay the return shipping charges and shipping charges for re-dispatching the parcel to you.
  • Note: If you do not pay the required charges for re-dispatching, we will not dispatch the parcel again, and your order will be cancelled. Please be aware that no refunds will be provided for such cancellations.

Delivery Timelines (Post Dispatch)

Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • Kerla : 5 to 8 working days.
  • South India (excluding TN): 4 to 8 working days.
  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery Partner Delays

  • While we guarantee dispatch within 24 Hrs, Sarichka Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies. External factors such as weather, local disruptions, or logistical issues may affect delivery timelines.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, delivery timelines may exceed the standard timeframes.

    Order will be dispatched within 24 hrs (If there is any holiday or weekly off (like Sunday) in between, the parcel will be shipped the next day. Additionally, all orders received after 12 PM on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday

International Shipping

Important Notes

  1. Transit Damage or Loss Claims:

    • For every shipment, an unboxing video and photos of the package from the time of opening are mandatory to claim any transit damage, loss, or replacement.

  2. Delivery Timeline Disclaimer:

    • The above timelines do not apply to COD orders, which may require additional time for processing and delivery.

  3. Service Availability:

    • If your location falls under a non-regular service area for our courier partners, additional shipping charges may apply. You will be informed of any such changes in advance.
